The wine meter has a capillary tube with a scale printed up to 25% alcohol by volume, with a small hole on the underside of the instrument.
Pour the wine into the tube and wait for 2-3 drops to flow through the lower hole: this prevents bubbles from forming in the capillary tube.
Turn it over and place it on a flat surface with the measuring cup on the underside.
The liquid will slowly fill the capillary tube and the alcohol level will be displayed.
Wash it carefully after use.
The instrument is designed for use at a temperature of 20° C
